Our certificated bailiffs execute the judgments, orders and warrants for solicitors and landlords across the UK, collecting any outstanding monies or seizing goods to be sold and offset against the outstanding monies owed.

We act on behalf of private, commercial and local councils in relation to outstanding rent arrears; where necessary we carry out the removal of possessions to realise the client’s outstanding financial value.

We also act on behalf of solicitors and Finance companies, recovering both commercial and private assets, such as equipment, stock, vehicles and anything on Asset Finance.

When it comes to Council Tax collections, our success rate is second-to-none. Unlike some bailiff companies we don’t just say that we can collect an amount and send out letters, one of our certificated Bailiff Enforcement Officers will attend the address, interview the debtor and then get the levy in place.

We have a 99% success rate in Bailiff Enforcement and in some cases are able to enforce payment or instigate a payment arrangement without the need to seize goods, thus giving the defendant some time to make the payment.

What is Bailiff Enforcement?
A certificated bailiff is instructed to execute the judgments and orders and warrants on commercial properties by the landlords. Bailiffs are also authorised to remove possessions from both commercial and residential properties whilst acting in their legal parameters.
